When we bought The Yellow House in 2002 it was a ruin, we spent 2 years on the initial restoration and have made several improvements since.   The project was great fun and we\u2019ve had lots of support from our project manager and great friend, Kalle. His son Jannis now oversees projects with his team at Tecnogreen.

Parts of The Yellow House were renovated again in 2010.  The main change was the kitchen which we extended to form a much larger kitchen-dining area and modern professional style kitchen (30ftx 12ft). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En-suite WCs were added to the second floor bedrooms in 2015<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A bocce court and garden were created in 2017<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2018 an underground games room and larger sitting room were added, also the existing pizza oven was replaced with a larger, better insulated oven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2021 we replaced the old back door with a glass panel to let more light into the dining area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2022 a new garden area was created next to the bocce court. We call it \u2018The Secret Garden\u2019. We also replaced the wooden shutters with new metal ones in a more elegant grey\/green colour and painted the front door to match.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
