Tastings are hosted by Michele Palumbo. Michele runs Quando Posso the stylish wine bar in Civitella d’Agliano with his wife Donatella and is passionate about wine and local produce. He lives in Civitella d’Agliano and speaks English.

Michele also provides home-cooked Italian cuisine. He will suggest menu options and can accommodate requests depending on availability of produce. All ingredients will be provided and cooked at The Yellow House kitchen. If you would like wine to accompany your meal, please let him know.
